Back 40 Fishing

How it works

Three simple steps—from your pack to a line in the water.

Simple by design

From your pack to fishing in three steps.

No bulky stand. No long rod. Use what the backcountry gives you.

01

Plant a branch

Set a sturdy branch into the ice shavings beside your drilled hole.

02

Hang the Nomad

Loop the paracord over the branch and balance it along the slider bar.

03

Set your line

Lower your bait and watch the red tip move when a fish takes the line.

Set for your species

See the strike before you reach the hole.
